Terrible Digital subscription

This digital subscription is a fraud! I paid $19.99 in May 2012 for a 12-month subscription but since July 2012 I cannot download any issue without paying the issue price ($3.99).
All American Publishers does not solve the problem. They have told me to complain to itunes, while itunes claims this is a developer flaw!
Do not sign up for this unless you want to lose your money and patience!
